Reed and Priscilla live in Lakeland, Florida, with their two children, Malakai and Marleigh. The couple spent nearly two decades in East Africa as missionary kids before moving to the U.S. to pursue higher education. For a few years, Reed’s family lived in West Africa, where he discovered a passion for surfing. It was during that time that a CS chapter leader visited and gave Reed a Surfers Bible, which radically changed his life. With a love for the ocean and surfing, Reed is excited to use his passion for media to share the stories of Christian Surfers. Prior to CS, Reed worked as a videographer, graphic designer and photographer for a higher education institution and marketing agency in Central Florida. During six of those years, Reed led a team of students at a university in capturing the stories of the college’s campus through videos, photographs and designs. In addition to teaching students to excel in their fields, he was passionate about helping them discover how to best use their talents for God’s kingdom. Before serving with CS, Priscilla worked as the director of communications for a higher education institution in Lakeland for 10 years. In her role, Priscilla was a content creator and a public relations associate working with national media. During those years, she discovered a passion for sharing testimonies of how God has impacted people’s lives. Reed and Priscilla are excited to be using the gifts God has given them to share the gospel and contribute to the mission of Christian Surfers.
